Switch recognizes that everyone is different, so what works for one person may not work for another. Switch is a truly individual, flexible weight loss plan where you choose the changes that work.

•    There are two main diet plans with Weight Watchers:
1.    The Flex Plan is based on making better food choices by tracking POINTS® values.
2.    The Core Plan® focuses on eating nutritious, satisfying foods without counting or tracking.



About Core Plan

No Counting. No fuss.

With the Core Program you will eat freely and healthily from a comprehensive wholesome and nutritious list of foods, without tracking. Enjoy fruits and vegetables for extra snacks and add to your meals with the occasional treat in controlled amounts.


About Points Plan

Complete flexibility and control

With the POINTS® Plan you are free to eat any food as long as you count its POINTS values and stay within your daily allowance. All your favorite foods are given a POINTS value based on a unique formula. Discover your personal POINTS allowance and make the POINTS® Plan work for you.

Health & Safety:

The Weight Watchers weight loss plan has been developed under the supervision and advice of medical and nutritional experts. The plan is designed for a safe rate of weight loss, which means weight loss for an average healthy adult of up to 2lbs each week after the first three weeks. Before starting to use the plan, you should make sure that you are not underweight.
Weight Watchers is not a medical organization, and we can not give you medical advice. Weight Watchers strongly advises you to consult with your GP or doctor if you have concerns about your health before you sign up for Weight Watchers.

If you already see your doctor for any condition which requires regular medical checks, and/or if you are taking medicines or drugs prescribed by your doctor and/or if you have been advised to eat a special diet to treat an illness or medical condition, then you must discuss the Weight Watchers plan with your doctor before starting the Weight Watchers plan. Examples of such conditions include: diabetes, high blood pressure (hypertension), heart disease, peptic or stomach ulcer, gallstones, kidney stones, and bowel disorders. This list is not exhaustive.

Weight Watchers plan is not suitable for individuals with a recognized eating disorder (e.g., anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa).

Children under ten years of age may not join Weight Watchers meetings. In addition, individuals under 18 years of age may not use the WeightWatchers.co.uk Website and/or subscribe to our Internet weight loss products or offerings.

The Weight Watchers plan is not designed for women who are pregnant. Therefore, pregnant women may not join Weight Watchers meetings, nor subscribe to WeightWatchers.co.uk's Internet weight loss products or offerings.

If you are nursing a child under six months, you may join Weight Watchers meetings, providing your baby is at least six weeks old, if (i) you have had your post-natal examination, (ii) you have your doctor's approval and (iii) you sign a statement confirming the foregoing when you register for meetings.





Joining Fee For WeightWatchers.com:

•    3-Month Savings Plan (works out at just $5 per week!)
o    $65 for the first 3 months (i.e. 13 weeks at $5 per week)
o    $16.95 for each additional month
•    Standard Monthly Plan
o    $46.90 for the first month
o    $16.95 each additional month
•    Lifetime membership:
o    Once you achieve status as a Lifetime Member, you are considered a permanent part of the Weight Watchers family. This means that you are always eligible for Lifetime benefits.
