Program Details:

Camp La Jolla is minutes from several incredible beaches, which are great for snorkeling, surfing and boogie boarding.  At camp you can hike, mountain bike, swim, play volleyball, soccer, softball, and tennis. They also have have cheerleading, dance classes, and aerobics. All activities are offered on a beginning to intermediate level, so everyone gets involved.

Young Adults: Age 19-29

Camp La Jolla, located in the beautiful beach community of La Jolla, California, is proud to have created the very first and exclusive program for young ladies ages 19-29. This program is designed for those who know that their weight is holding them back from being the person they truly were meant to be. Our program is designed to enable you to lose your weight safely, in a controlled, fun and exciting environment, using a realistic approach that will allow you to continue your progress at home. Our signature after camp Follow-Up Program which includes monthly newsletters, 24-hour support line, 3 day retreats, daily meal plans & recipes and fitness DVDs will help you to stay on track.
The Young Adult Program focuses on issues of self-esteem, self-confidence and personal growth for collegiate and young professional women. You will experience a summer that will change your life forever!

Mature Adults: Age 30-60+

Camp La Jolla offers a separate, exclusive and unique program for ladies and mothers ages 30 to 60+.   This program is specifically designed and tailored to meet your individual weight loss and fitness needs while in a comfortable, flexible and motivational setting. Learn a new approach to exercise, break old eating habits, improve your self-esteem and enjoy a carefree vacation in La Jolla's paradise.
Enjoy a full fitness, behavior modification and nutrition program in an ideal getaway environment with plenty of fun excursions.  Get in touch with the real person inside of you. Remember, looking young is feeling young.

Camp Accommodations:

Spacious Accommodations: You will reside in college suite-style rooms which include a private lounge and bathroom.  Single beds, a desk and chair, closet and bookshelf are provided. All of our rooms are professionally cleaned on a regularly scheduled basis. Laundry facilities are located within the building. You have the choice between a single or double room. Our Young Adult and Ladies Fitness Programs include special living arrangements.

Program Length:

Camp La Jolla Summer 2008 sessions begin Sunday, June 22 and run through
Friday, August 15.
An average camp duration may vary form 2 weeks – 9 weeks
